GREEN CABBAGE SALAD



(Inspired by Cooking Light, May 2011)


INGREDIENTS

3 cups of chopped green cabbage or angel hair slaw, prechopped

¼ thinly sliced green onions (optional)

½ cup chopped fresh cilantro

1 Tablespoon olive oil

¼ teaspoon sea salt

1 Tablespoon fresh lime juice (delicious with or without this ingredient. I don’t always have limes on hand)

Directions:

Combine lime juice, slaw, onions, cilantro, olive oil, and salt, tossing to coat.
