Living intentionally

Making change is hard.

Our brains naturally resist change, avoiding risk at all costs.

This feels safe.

But safe comes at a cost.

We fail to take risks and flourish.

To our brains, avoiding risk sounds very logical.

Playing it safe sounds like:

“I’ll get back to it when”-- …works slows down… when I finish this project… once the kids are out of the house…when school starts up…when school lets out... summer arrives … school starts up.

Does this sound familiar?

Our brain will come up with many reasons for why now is not the time to try anything new.

And it always sounds 100% legitimate.

So be on to yourself.

This is our mind’s initial response to change. Every. Single. Time.

If you want to live a healthier more purpose-filled life, try overriding the mind’s “play it safe” messaging.

Instead, ask yourself, “How is now the perfect time to commit to this?”

This is how we create intentionality and move toward growth, living on purpose, and creating success.

In my program, I show women their minds. You heal your body and strengthen your spirit.

One intentional step at a time.

Take risks, live courageously.
